2. Reservations & Event Bookings

Event details, including guest count, menu selections, location, and timing, must be finalized within the agreed timeframe. Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges or limited availability.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
Final payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and fees unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the type and size of the event and will be specified in your booking agreement.

Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made within the agreed notice period may incur charges
Epicurean reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, with reasonable efforts made to provide alternatives or refunds where applicable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete event information
Ensure safe and suitable access to the event location
Inform Epicurean of dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements in advance
Epicurean is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Food Safety & Allergies
While we take all reasonable precautions, Epicurean cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing us of all allergies or dietary requirements prior to service.
Epicurean shall not be held liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
7. Intellectual Property
