Chef Hari Dev, a culinary visionary from Himachal Pradesh, North India, brings over 20 years of global hospitality experience to the world of fine dining. His repertoire spans Modern Indian cuisine, International and Pan-Asian flavors, Italian, Tandoor & Curries, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Middle Eastern, and Fusion concepts each infused with his signature artistry and precision.
Beginning his career in 2005 at Hotel Ambassador Resorts, Manali (India), Chef Hari’s journey has taken him across prestigious international destinations. He has collaborated with renowned hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Marriott, and Aspire Katara Hospitality, showcasing his culinary excellence in Japan, Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Mexico.
Most recently, as Head Chef at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, Mexico, Chef Hari led the culinary operations for over 250 South Asian destination weddings in four years earning acclaim for creating extraordinary, large-scale luxury dining experiences tailored to diverse global audiences.
